How do I order?

Order online 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can also order by mail.

What payment methods are acceptable?

We accept cash money order, cashiers check, and paypal.  Personal checks are accepted for mail order only. Please allow 5-7 business days for bank clearance before order is shipped.

When are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours after it is accepted into our system.

How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground unless arranged otherwise. Your options are USPS services..Priority Mail...Global Priority...Air Parcel Post, UPS, DHL, and other services. We will ship on your account if so specified. 

Does Safari offer a Money-Back Guarantee

Yes, we do. We offer full money back minus the shipping and handling cost for all Safari Brand products. For all other brand name products offered by Safari, we will refund only for unopened items returned to us minus the shipping and handling cost.

Do you deliver locally?

No local deliveries. You can choose to pick up your order in store if you so specify.  All orders outside of this zone will be shipped via FEDEX unless otherwise specified.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, not at this time. Order what you want!

Is my information secure?

Yes, all customer information is confidential and secure at all times.  SAFARI  utilizes a 128 Bit SSL encrypted secure server for all credit card transactions to protect client's confidentiality.  SAFARI will not share your information with any outside sources with the exception of law enforcement agencies that request it.
